3M Automatic Flying Splice Prep Station

This prep station will quickly set up a flying splice using the 3 M Repulpable Splicing System 9993. One strip of tape straight across the roll- now applied accurately and consistently. The simple solution for faster, easier, more efficient splicing.

Butt Splicing  

3 M Butt Splicing System 9114 is a repositionable butt splicing tape system that reduces the difficulty in making a butt splice. The splice processes smoothly through coating, calendaring and winding operations.

Auto Care Taper

                                      The 3 M Auto Care Taper leaves little to chance. This innovative unit automatically dispenses and firmly applies the required length of 3 M Repulpable Tapes to paper cores. This state of the art equipment will improve winder efficiency, maximize core starting reliability and reduce potential for worker injury by keeping operators safely out of winding area. 

RTA-500 Hand Dispenser

                                            This hand held dispenser allows for easy dispensing and liner removal of 3M double coated tapes for web operations such as core starting and roll closing. Dispense tape and dispose of liner with one pull of the trigger. 

Scotch S-170/S-171 Set Charge Dispensing System 

The S-170/S-171 allows for double duty- removing tape liner while dispensing the necessary length of tape for simplified core set changes. Available in vertical or table top mounting options these systems will allow faster set changes, minimize tape waste, reduce operator risk, and improve wider productivity.
